I've been searching online for about 10 minutes now trying to find a non expired I-134! Anyone know where I can get one?
All of the ones I can find expired on April 30, 2007. Do you think I can just use this one???

The form you have with the 4/30/2007 expiration is the latest form. USCIS.gov has the same thing that we have at VJ. Use it, it is OK.

you can still use it! when you go to the uscis webpage and take a look at the different forms they offer, it states that you can use several expired I-134`s!

PER USCIS:
QUOTE
Edition Date : 2/28/07. Versions 12/04/06, 7/14/06 and 6/17/06 are also acceptable.
Forms are not expired until USCIS says they are not acceptable.

Thanks guys, that's good to know! But why do they even bother with expirations dates if they aren't really expiration dates!?

The date is the period of time that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) allows for review and comment on the newer form, that date is when the review and comment period expires, not when the form expires.
