Hi All!

Does anyone here know if their I-130 forms been transfer from the TSC to another location? I was looking back at old post and read few posts from people application being moved from VCS to CSC but no one from the TSC posted anything thing. I am just trying to prepair myself in case something like this happen to my forms. TC all! Thanks for reading..

All cases filed at TSC and NSC are routinely shipped out to California as neither TSC or NSC adjudicate I-130s anymore. Don't worry, it's normal VSC shipping out petitions to CSC, however, is a bit more unusual

This is correct. Also, don't worry about losing time with the transfer, the petitions still get processed within the average time.
