Ok well I am going over the I94 instructions and form so when my fiance comes in June he can know how to fill it out. I know it is not hard but I do not understand something. Why does it say Arrival and Departure information. Since he is coming on the Fiance Visa he will not be departing. Does he just put n/a or what? and he is from Pakistan but was in Uk for two years on student visa and recieved the visa in London. So I am sure he puts as his Country Where You Live as Uk and of coarse his city departed will be London. Also he will be visiting his brother in NY for two weeks before comeing to me. So also again just to make sure, he will put my address as his address while in USA??? .

Are you referring to the I194W??? Cos if you are meaning that I dont know why he would fill in that anyway,cos he is from Pakistand and not from England. The Visa Waiver Programm is only for people form certain European countries...

...besides from that if he is coming on the Fiancee Visa why would he want to fill in the I194 anyway? He is just going to do a detour to visit somebody for a short time I dont think that should be a problem.
I maybe do think though that he should put down his brothers adress first really,but I am not 100% sure so wait what other people say on here.

Unless you are a US citizen or a LPR you have to complete a I-94..... if he does not hold a passport from one of the visa waireir countries then he can not use the I-94w he will have to complete the I-94....

It says "Arrival and Departure information" because it's a two-part form with one part for arrival information and one part for departure information. On arrival fill out the arrival information. The immigration officer will keep the arrival section and staple the departure section into the passport on the page opposite the visa. On departure fill out the departure information and the airline staff will remove it when checking in for the flight. Unless the USCIS has taken it already.

Not always true. Non-resident aliens on temp work visas can oft enter on the old I-94 (I did so once from Gatwick, lots of times from Calgary), though this is "outside VJ box".
