I think my AOS fee bill is lost in the mail...
it has 2 weeks of waiting since it was generated...

I am thinking of informing NVC about it and ask them what to do...

Anyone who has experienced this?what does NVC usually ask u to do if something (in this case, AOS fee bill) got lost in the mail? Does NVC allow.in this case, sending in the fee without the original letter with the barcode? (i am not using any short cuts, by choice)

I don't have any experience (yet) but I'm thinking 'generating' doesn't mean "actually sending it out in the mail' ...
I would call them and ask them when they actually mailed it, if they can tell you that.

Edit. I see in your timeline they did tell you it was sent out. Sorry. I'd call them anyway.

Yes that is right...it was sent out the same day it was generated (April 30).
That is why it kind of worry me...I think it's really lost...
