Does anyone know how long the waiver approval takes after interview in Bogota Colombia?

i have a very good friend whose husband was from Bogata. Waivers from Columbia are actually sent to Panama to be adjudicated..... it took them LESS THAN 3 MONTHS !!! However, things have slowed down dramatically.... My husband currently has a waiver pending there since October & nothing yet.... I'm ready to jump out of my skin !!!!!

do you know of someone who has a waiver from Columbia??? When was the waiver turned in?? I'm dying for any info..
