According to the phone message I have an RIF coming but it has been 5 days mail time and no packet, it is coming from Vermont to Michigan. Also where does everyone get the information about their case getting "touched" I have not found the site to follow my CR-1 that way.

Also getting a little frustrated, this is the second time they are sending back my I-864......the first time was so stupid I felt a little sick to my stomach. These delays are troublesome.

I'm not sure where you are in the process, and what this RFE is for.

In my case, doing CR1, while my case was at the NVC, I had submited both my AOS and DS230 forms. The AOS form was reviewd for accuracy and "approved" prior to the DS230. When I had called into the NVC, there was a message stating that an RFE was issued for missing/incomplete documents. It turned out they automatically sent out the RFE for the DS230. I did not need to take any action on it.

So again, please fill in your timeline, so we can better answer your question and not guess.

OK here is the timeline............If I am getting another RFE, how long till it gets here???
