I went in to the INS website and check my case status yesterday, and it show that my case has been approved, and should get my 10 years green in mail in 30 days. I am so glad and release knowing that I done and now I am permanent resident, no longer conditional Permanent Resident. I am so glad and happy
The following is my timeline in case if anyone are interested.
03/08 Send I-751 package to CSC
03/14 Check cash
03/24 Received NOA - Green Card extended for a year
03/26 Received Biometric Appoitment
04/05 Biometric appoitment
04/17 Received another Biometric Appoitment because FBI was unable to process my previous finger
print. (I know it is strange)
04/20 Second Biometric appoitment (Was told I have unclear finger print line (what the heck???) and
may be call to come in for the third time.)
05/08 Case Approved, Card Production is order!!!!
I will be filing Claudeth's in November.
