Well hopefully my last question.
Is it ok if my fiance goes from Lima to Mexico city if she does not have a visa for mexico?
Then she would only have to go through one U.S. airport. And that would be Chicago where she would arrive here?
So my question is, would the visa to the U.S. be fine for entering Mexico? And is Chicago acceptable for Port of Enterance?
Gracias to all

Is she staying in Mexico or is it just a layover for her?
Raspect

We came through Chicago, it is a POE and is acceptable for travel from any where that has flights to it.

As for the Mexico visa, they will need one if spending time in Mexico, and may need one if just making a connection at the airport, this is a question to ask the Mexican consulate. http://www.mexonline.com/consulate.htm

WHAT IS THE PROPER FORUM, AFTER ALL THIS TIME
HAHAHA
OH WELL, KEEP TRYING, NO??

WELL I GUESS I AM CURIOUS NOW AS TO IF ANYONE DOES KNOW FOR SURE IF SHE DOES NOT NEED A VISA IF SHE IS JUST STOPPING IN THE AIRPORT. THE MORE I THINK ABOUT IT, THE LESS I THINK SHE NEEDS ONE.

Generally you dont need a visa for a transit stop. Unless you are staying for a significant period of time.
