Hi to all! 9 days after sent the package to Chicago my checks are cashed...

In the photo online of my checks I saw one "Case Number" for each check. I mean each check with a different number. I tried each in the USCIS with no luck (not valid)
I-130 Check MSCXXXXXXXXX2
I-485 Check MSCXXXXXXXXX3
I-131 Check MSCXXXXXXXXX1
I-765 Check MSCXXXXXXXXX0

Questions:

1. Why Missouri?? I tried to search the processing times of Missouri and in the list of services don't even show the I-130 Service and I tried to find some Timelines in VJ Search engine... and MSC (Missouri) not even appears in the Service Center List. mad.gif

2. Whats wrong with the numbers in my checks?? I know that for a lot of people the numbers in the checks are different that the one that come with the NOA or maybe I need to wait some days until they update the database with my number?

Thanks!!!

I couldn't read my receipt # from my cashed check and ended up calling USCIS to clarify. You might want to give them a call.

I-129F for spouse is processd and Missouri Service Center. They are also called National benefits Center (NBC). So that is why, it starts with MSC, in my opinion.

gustahot,

Why are you identifying yourself as an IR-1/CR-1 visa applicant, and posting in the IR-1/CR-1 visa forum?

You appear to be an applicant for adjustment of status, not an immigrant visa applicant.

Try adding 1-3 to the number. Often the numbers of the back of the checks are not your case number, but are close. If that still doesn't work you might just have to wait a while for the numbers to go in the system.

All family based AOS goes to Missouri. For timelines look at your local office.

My case numbers on the back of my cheques for my AOS and EAD were incorrect. I just waited for the snail mail notification to check my status online. Don't know why they are incorrect but they just are sometimes.

The Numbers written on the back of the check don't always match up with what you get as NOA number in your letter. It happened to me, when my case numbers for my AOS on the back of my checks were different than the numbers in the NOA.

No luck yet... My checks was cashed 4 days ago and the number on the back of the checks still useless in the USCIS website and nothing about the NOA1 on mail. I have my appointment with infopass next wednesday because I need my AP urgent (my old father will be under a surgery on Jun 28) but I'm sure that they will ask me at least for my case number.
