I have had my NOA2 on 24th april but NVC states have not received case, my receipt number on NOA 2 was the same as NOA1 is this correct

I would suggest call USCIS, see whats going on then call NVC again.
USCIS is 1-800-375-5283

Yes
When it gets to NVC then you will have a different number.
Ok so I just call NVC and they said I had wait up to 90 days for them to receive my case, how can this be this is ridiculous. I am so so so mad. Anyone had this happen with them
