Hi I had my NOA 2 on 24th April but the NVC still hasn't received case. My approval number on NOA 2 was the same as receipt number on NOA 1 is this correct

My NOA2 was issued on April 12th and they received my paperwork at NVC on May 4th. Three weeks. Your's should be coming this week.

Yes its the same number, and it might be a while before it gets to NVC. NVC will then assign it a new number according to your consulate. Congrats on your approval.

I received my NOA2 ON 04/27/07 and on 05/03/07 NVC got my files, on 05/04/07 I got my case# that was pretty fast. Now waiting for paper work.

Do speak to a live operator or the answering system, because sometimes the answering system is not updated and it is better if you talk to live person to give you the case#. Hope you get it soon....
