Does anyone know where jamaicans/belizeans play soccer in los angeles?

If you find out let me know! I know there is a large Jamaican community in S. LA. If you are ever around Inglewood, or on Crenshaw near the Baldwin Hills Mall, and Leimert Park, you will see lots of Jamaican stores and shops. Go in and ask around. I am sure they either know where the games are or can give you some info on how to find them.

I really need to get over to that area. Haven't been there in awhile.

Rebex05, if you find out of any soccer games for Spanish speaking people in Denver let me know. My husband will be here from Colombia and doesn't speak any English.

What I can tell you is where I see them playing though I have no idea how to join... I figure just show up and ask around. Every Sunday and possibly Saturday as well I see games at Lincoln High School on Federal and Evans, or even at any park really like Sloans Lake or even further south near Bear Creek. If I find anything else out I will let you know.

Thanks! I know I've seen a whole bunch of people playing when I drive on I-225 across from Cherry Creek Reservoir on the weekends but they all look too "American" so I doubt they'll speak Spanish.

I've also seen a few teams playing at that park on Belleview and Santa Fe... ish but again, they don't look latinos to me.

I asked a friend of mine who played over there a few years ago and he told me Griffit park on Sundays. If you want to workout that they practice at Jackie Robinson Stadium tues,wed,thurs. 630pm to 9 or sunset pending lights. Hope this helps.

Definitely have to look in the right areas because there are tons of latinos that play on the weekends. I take you are out east in Aurora area? I could even ask around where I work or at my mom's school. They are out there, just not sure how far is too far for you guys.

No, actually we live in Highlands Ranch but our church is in Aurora so I have to take I-225 when I go there. I'm also asking a few friends to see if they know, they do live in Aurora so they probably have some info.
