Hi everyone...
My hubby is on a deployment...and we are waiting for the I-864 package which will be received by my mother -in-law in the US. And when she receives the package, she'll send it to my hubby for him to complete it and it will take a little longer. My question is that if my hubby receives the I-864 package, can he directly send the completed package back to NVC?Or is it a "must" that all packages should be sent back to NVC from the address it was sent to by NVC?So would it mean, my hubby should send it back to my mother-in-law for her to send it to NVC?(That would take too much time)

Any experience? It would definitely be appreciated...

The important things are only (1) that it is completed accurately and accompanied by all required documentation -- particularly the barcoded I-864 coversheet -- and (2) that it is sent to NVC. It shouldn't matter where the package is mailed from or who dropped it in the mail.
