I got a reply in 2 days from them when i e-mailed them about my case and they replied they received my case and gave me the number.

It took them 4 days to respond when I sent them an email concerning an RFE they sent to me.

And sometimes it take a week or more.

Yes, it is the email address and usually NVC replies within 2-3 days.

Is that a question or a statement? Anyway, you might want to fix your timeline, which says that your I-130 was approved almost 5 months ago, on 12/13/2006. I note in your timeline comments, however, that you somehow received a second approval on 4/27/2007. So it hasn't even been two weeks. They will probably receive it and log it into their system sometime within the next week or two.

Call the automated IVR at NVC regularly (603-334-0700) and give your USCIS case number at the prompt instead of wasting time with emailing them. The IVR will tell you when they have received your case and assigned a case number. Until NVC receives your case, however, the IVR will just say something like it has no record of that USCIS case number.

The been pretty good with me I have no complaint at all, I had send them 3Emails and I received answer in 2days.
