Just called using RFE trick. Turns out it was approved on 4 June, the day of our first touch. Woohoo!

This was a lot quicker than the 90+ days I was expecting. I'll start hassling NVC next week to see if the petition has left for the Sydney Consulate. Thanks VJers for your support!

How do you do the RFE trick?
Call the USCIS at 18003755283 and select RFE route. You will then be forwarded to your service center of choice where somebody will eventually pick up.

OK. I just called USCIS and spoke to an Officer Martinez who was very helpful. She advised me that they are indeed sending all applications for K1 visas back to the Nebraska service center. This is supposed to speed things up, but we shall see.
I then asked her about my specific application and she said that it is in the process of being moved to Nebraska and might in fact already be there. Either way I should use the Nebraska date as my guideline. I know that this does not clear things up completely but I hope that it is a start.

Servise center of choice...lol..ok, so does that mean CSC or NSC??? lol

In my case it was the CSC, and judging from your file date, probably CSC for you too. Of course, if it's NSC then I think you'll be forwarded there automatically, if the change of centers has registered in their systems. Good luck!

What I did (and she was very nice) was did the RFE thing. When she asked what my question was about RFE, I told her that I had noticed that the website wasn't showing petitions and CSC anymore and that they were showing at NSC and I wanted to know where my petition was. She said that yes, petitions were being transferred and she looked me up and said i was at CSC and I told her that I saw the website updated (for my personal case) and if she could tell me if I was being adjudicated. She looked it up and said I was approved saturday and it was on it's way to NVC (that's why I was touched today?). I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I got through....but it was worth the wait!!!!! If anyone has a date close to mine, I would call.

The touch was evidently because it is being transferred to NVC. Tell tehm what I said. That you noticed that the petitions aren't showing on the CSC site and you want to know if it's being transferred to NSC.

YAY!!!! Congrats!!!
Also want to add that unlike your case, the CSC rep seemingly wasnt volunteering information and I had to dig it out of him.
He mentioned that I was the third caller asking about CSC not showing the 129F processing date and he mentioned that its only the website thing and probably would be corrected soon. Then he was looking for my data and said "well you should be getting the notice within 2 weeks" and then I asked "what do you mean? Is it approved already" he said "well..its almost at the last stage, getting sent to NVC" and I said "so then it means its approved"..he said "yes, the only thing is we need to send you the notice" and then he gave me the NVC phone number and told me to call them if I dont hear from them within next 30 days.

I feel ya. I was hoping to file AOS before new fees went into effect. There's a slight chance that we can still do that, but it will be cutting it close...and that's if everything goes smoothly from here on out.

I can't remember the exact prompts, but first was 1 for english and the secnd was 2...i just kept following prompts like i needed to submit more documents or had questions about documents that I needed to send. It's kind of a guessing game. I followed those prompts and finally it gave me a prompt to speak with customer service rep. I think it took me two tries to follow the prompts correctly. You have to listen real close because I does not say anything about RFE, just that you received notice that more documents must be sent in and you have a question about it. When I finally got a person on the line, I told her that I saw that CSC was no longer adjudicating I129F's and I wanted to know if my petition had been sent to NSC. When I got her to look it up is when i started asking her questions about whether I had been approved. Good luck...it might take you a couple of tries to get the correct prompts.

An to think i was a few days away of having mine processed at CSC, now its time to wait for case to get to NSC and pray they don't get it in wrong stack or lose it.

I don't think everyone got sent. When I was talking to the lady, she mentioned that I would not have been sent because of my date, but that's when she was looking it up and said I was approved and I was so excited that I didn't think to ask what the cut-off date was. Sorry.

thank you....the prompts to get to a live (usually not useful) person are 1,2,4,0.
it took me a long time to figure out!
