WOOT WOOT!!!!! Got our NOA2 in the mail today. I didn't receive an email update even though I registered my email with the USCIS. Also, my address changed a few weeks ago and it didn't seem to slow the process down any. (For those who wonder if it would)Godspeed to everyone else who is waiting. Your day will come as well. Hang in there. One day we won't have to worry about all of this anymore.

OMG! What is up with CSC?! They need to touch you guys, and then they need to touch the April people. I can't feel like they've moved on to April until you guys get some touching!

I know it is 87 days, and no news .....

The most horrible that my Fiancé (USC) told me that he will not call to USCIS until September, as he called to USCUS last week, and they told him to wait till September, as they are working only with November filers now.. all of us here know that is not true, but my Fiancé as honest US citizen believes in this!!!

Anyway I feel that we will not get NOA-2 till mid of July even if people with NOA-1 dated as our already got their NOA-2. I became too pessimist because of USCIS bureaucracy and unjudgement

I've looked at Kengumbo's chart and it seems everyone around me has received theirs. I think they put me at the bottom of the box.

Fiance has packet 3 and medical appointment next week Things are going so fast on our end! We're grateful for things since we've been worried about getting him over here early enough in the year so we have a chance of getting the bloody EAD before January. He just has to turn in one more form before he gets packet 4 and the interview date!

We still have two days left this week to see some action. I've been stalking the mailman secretly hoping that we were approved already and just haven't received the email (like some cases). However, I've also called NVC and they don't have our case yet either.

I hope and I am sure you will get it soon About ours? Sometimes I even think that they never will aprove it, as I am quite tired to see the same words everyday on USCIS website - "Last date updated on 27 March 2007"

yours should be approved very soon. our k1 petition was received March 23 and approved june 5 so hang in there

We haven't gotten any approvals yet either, snail mail or email. Of course there are a few that filed after us that have already been approved, but judging from the other posts on here this thing can be pretty random. I'll wait till next week to call NVC.

Apparently, it is all random, depending where on the stack you are at. I still don't have an approval, but I'm sure getting touched alot - 2 days in a row. Hopefully for the better. I'm eagerly awaiting some sort of news from them too. I"ll keep you all posted.

Hi. I am also a late March filer and my NOA was on April 12 and I received it in the mail April 16. I've been counting the days on today is the 62nd day after the NOA1. Can anyone tell me when should I expect the NOA2? Thank you guys.

CSC also does not seem to be telling anything - they touched me twice this week and when i called them and
asked they dont say anything, just the same 'processing Nov 06 applications' ..anyone tried calling CSC for
more info recently?

Yes I called them today and they read off the same response. They also don't know or see touches or NOA 2's. They are fairly clueless and unhelpful. "We are processing Nov 06 please call in 6 months..." blah bla blah.
I got my NOA 1 March 30, so at day 77 I am not that concerned. Hope the best for everyone.

I am so suprised today I got the package 3 and also my interview date.

You have 81 days since your NOA 1 though, and thats not bad! I am at 78 (my NOA 1 was on the 30th), and I bet our NOA 2's are just around the corner!

We are very beginning of march but Montreal is so backlogged that we don't really have any concrete time to shoot for. I'm hopping after July 1st when they stop doing the other visa's things will pick up.

By the way UCSIC updated Processing Times page as at 15 June! But they didn't have I-129F there? Does anyone know why? I hope it doesn't mean that they are not working with I-129F now

Now I am even more confused Congrat to you with another touch I didn't know they work on weekends, but if they touched you why they didn't include I-129F like they are not working on them?

I mean why USCIS didn't include I-129F on CSC processing Times page which they updated on 15 June 07, if they touch cases of some filers

Hey, whichever group you feel most comfortable with! I tend to browse the March boards, but since we mailed early February, we just kinda fell into place with the February group (since all the lovely March people weren't really on the boards for quite some time after then).

I'm in that club too

The end of this week is about 90 days for me too I think! If I don't hear anything by Friday I'm gonna do my first phone call, see if I can find anything out, I'm getting crazy anxious now!

They touched me again this morning......too much of touching for me this past week...and that is making me a bit worried. Is this unusual?

I honestly don't think any of us are qualified to say something is normal or unuasual. There doesn't seem to be any normalcy to anything. At least you're seeing something!
