Interim EAD is given out by your local CIS office, you need to schedule an INFO-Pass appointment and show them the NOA1 for the EAD and that it has been more than 90 days. They will stamp passport with EAD stamp.

No, they don't do that anymore.

If you go to the USCIS office they will put in a request to the NBC to issue an interim EAD by mail, they not longer give out EAD stamps at local offices.

The issue of interim EAD by local offices stopped on Sept 1st 2006... all you can do is make an infopass appointment at your local office after the 90 days are up and ask them to contact the processing center and request they approve your EAD or issue an interim one....

Hi..you should make an appt at your local office and make an inquiry. Good luck!

They will make an inquiry with USCIS letting them know you're at 90 days and no EAD.
