Justo/Sheyla
Wife was so paranoid last night about the interview, I spent half hour on the phone trying to calm her down, and asking her to get a good sleep. She was stressing out too much. I guess, after a year being apart, this whole process has taken a lot from us. Well, this morning, around 9 am, we seemed to recover much of it.
In less than an hour my wife got her visa approved. Everything went smooth and easy. After some officer took the required documents, she was told to take a seat and waited for about half an hour. Then she was taken to the Consul, she had my wife answer 4 questions, and 5 minutes later she was congratulated and given instructions for picking up her passport with the visa and the ¨brown envelope¨ at the Nicaraguan Post Office, six days from today. Wife called inmediately after getting out from the Embassy.

These were the questions:

1. Where does your husband lives?
2. What does he do for a living?
3. When did you get married?
4. Who prepared all these documents for you?.

Consul was impressed about the file folder and binder I organized for my wife. She said that usually, lawyers are the one who prepares this.

I will post a Consulate review later.

Thanks to all for your best wishes and for having me here since November. It´s been quite a ride, with its highs and lows. VJ was extremely helpful and I hope to use my experience here to help others.
