Full Version: NVC mailing question
Does the NVC sends everything through DHL or just the package to the consulate after the case is complete? What method is used by NVC to send things such as DS 3032, IV bill and DS 230 to the beneficiary?It may be a simple question but I need this information. Thanks in advance.

Only documents to the consulate are sent via DHL. All other documents to the petitioner/beneficiary are sent regular mail regardless if it's within the USA or overseas.
