Your profile shows K-1, K-1 is a non-immigrant visa and all consulates are required to used form I-134

The I-864 will be used later in the USA when you marry and then adjust status.

K-1 visas use I-134
In our case this what the I-134 included.
  • I-134 signed and notarized.
  • Tax transcripts from the IRS for past 3 years, (Redundant for the (1040,W2,1099) but are free from the IRS
  • Photo copy of IRS form 1040, and W2s for past 3 years
  • Letter from my employer stating annual salary, job responsibility, and that is full time, on company letterhead.
  • Photo copies of past 6 months pay stubs up to a few weeks before the interview.

What consulate, embassy, country? Your profile lacks details, it makes it hard to answer your question acuratly.

Your time line would have helped me but that too is blank, so is no help.

YuandDan explained it very well. Did you read the I-864 instructions? Whatever YuandDan said are there.

bigman,

One needs to send more than the most recent tax return. One needs to document any other financial information provided on the I-864 form, not just the income reported on the most recent tax return.
