MY QUESTION ..
1. when the NVC receive case from the USCIS,how long it take before the assign a case number.?
2. is that necessary that they need to call the NVC , in order they assign case number?
3.if were hiring attorney , who filed the DS3230,?
4. Is the beneficiary and the petitioner are needed to Fill-up that DS-3032 and send to NVC?
5. DO we need to wait till the NVC send that request that DS-3032?
i need your answer who knows about

1. Well with me I would call every other day and put in my recpt. # and it would say that they still hadnt recived it but one day i called and they siad the recived it and gave me the # that same day. so i guess as soon as they recive it they give you a Case#
2. I dont think so NVC will give you a number and send out Ds3032 and AOS fee bill regardless of wether you call or not.
3. I dont Know the answer to this question but i think that in the DS 3032 is where the Beneficiary puts that he wants his/her agent to be his/her attorney. so i guess its the Bene that fills it out but you can just have the Bene send an email to nvc stating who they want to be there agent and the agents full name and address in the email you should include Bene and Petit Name DOB and you Case#
4. Only the Bene
5. at least wait till the Automated message says that the DS-3032 his be generated then you can email it the ASAP
