Can anyone tell me where I should file the form I-90 (The green card was never received)? On the form it says California service center, but somewhere on the same form it says wherever you originially filed the paplication for GC.

It was approved. They actually sent the GC to a wrong address, and when I called they told me to fill the I-90, but then when I read the instruction on the form I was confused as to where to file the form.
