FILED k-3, then the I-130 is approved, then we want to expedite the processing So we filed i-129f. BUT right now the 1-129F is pending in the uscis for about 5months, is this any possible source the i-129f expire? do we have any chances to filed again , to complete K-3.
2. we want fast processing . if ever we only continue 1-130 how long it takes the visa granted ?, 3.WHAT visa i qualify cr1/IR1 if only 1-130
i have heard that need 125percent if filing 1-130 that pitition what that mean ? surely we are not rich. so do i have chances to qualify.?
