FILED k-3, then the I-130 is approved, then we want to expedite the processing So we filed i-129f. BUT right now the 1-129F is pending in the uscis for about 5months, is this any possible source the i-129f expire? do we have any chances to filed again , to complete K-3. we want fast processing . if ever we only continue 1-130 how long it takes ...were marriage less than two years.
please help.
