Long answer: Depends on whether your app is being processed in the USA or the Philippines, and even on the service center in the US.

Short answer: check the timelines of people applying for Filipino spouses via the CA service center.

Please check members' profile here to get an idea. It is hard to give you any specific time range, as it depends on various factors.

Please don't use misleading terminology. Your I-130 petition took 64 days from submission to approval. Your spouse's CR1 Visa took 252 days from submission to interview. The OP asked about visas, not petitions.

I STRONGLY recommend you read as much as you can and search for as much as you can in the forum so you don't have to ask a question every 5 minutes about the visa process. It's for your own good. guides6ly.gif

yes i meant the petition for cr-1 from the day it was filed. And 252 days for the approval of visa!!!!! ( besides he did not even mention what approval he is reffering to so i thought it was the petition.)

Yes, he did mention what approval he was referring to.

IR1 and CR1 are visas. I-130 and I-129F are petitions. If you don't know this basic information, you might want to reconsider whether you are ready to try to help others through the process.

Enough. My point is that we're here to help. Nobody wants to be correcting you. People want the right answers. If you don't have them yet, don't give the wrong ones. At best, it wastes the time of those who need to correct you. At worst, somebody takes your information as correct and experiences heartbreaking delays.

Yes, the OP did specifically ask about time to visa approval. But is that what he meant? So many people use the petition and visa terminology interchangeably that it's often not possible to know what they really mean without asking for clarification before answering.

Or, do what I often do and what pushbrk is doing in this thread - go on the premise that the person means what the write, answer the question asked rather than assume what the question should have been, and leave it to the questioner to eventually figure out that they asked the wrong question.

Beyond that the OP did not specifiy the starting point for the time, only the end point. Did he want time from petition submission to visa acceptance or time from visa application to visa acceptance?

Bad questions invariably get bad answers.
