emails from CSC when I got home from work requesting additional evidence for both mine and Alan's case.

We were touched on the 10th March - surely they could have requested this additional - whatever- the day after and not wait another 13 days!!!!!

I wish I was their Office Manager!!!!

now we have to sit and wait for another god knows how long sad.gif

Sorry Val about the delay. I hope you can get things moving again and an approval soon. Hang in there.

Sorry to hear you will have another delay, but from reading others posts-once they have supplied the additional evidence, things moved along pretty fast.

Hope you have good news soon rose.gif

Fingers crossed for you

I'm not giving up gals no way!!! but perhaps someone on here who has had a request for further evidence will be able to answer this for me

The email came to me (probably to my daughter also as she is registered as the representative) they sent it out on the 21st and in the email it states that -

If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283. end Quote

I read this (the what is required bit) that Donna can ring them to get the information of what is required and if it is something that we have forgotten to provide from this end, I will be able to get it to her asap. is that correct??

Hugs girl!! I know the frustration. Hope everything goes fast after this.

Sorry to hear this. Hopefully it will be something simple that can be corrected quickly so the petition can be approved!

I also called the USCIS on March 17. they told me I was about to receive a letter requesting additional evidence. I didnt see an update in my e-mail and i havent gotten any letter. So I e-mailed them and this is what they replied:
"The petition is pending with an Officer. You should receive a letter either for additional evidence or an approval within the next two weeks.

Thanks, "

I noticed the update date was changed to 3/10 on my account (USCIS website) . but the message stayed the same...

still waiting for that letter

Thanks to all, I feel more positive even though we have had a RFE at least it is not a security check. it could be something so stupid that we forgot, who knows. Whatever it is as soon as we find out -the info will be back in their offices quicker than a speeding bullet good.gif and then on to the approval kicking.gif

It's funny isn't it, I have been fretting since the 10th when we were touched and now that they have let us know we need a RFE I'm feeling better about it all, how's that for woman's logic laughing.gif

Bless you all

irishgirl73
I know what you are saying.........it isn't much.............. but at least it's something yes.gif

The "waiting" and not hearing anything is what drives us all crazy. Hopefully it will be something that can quickly be resolved, sent right back in to them and then your approval will be really quick!!!
Jaylen Brit
Yeah at least now you KNOW they've been looking at it, it wasn't ignored and you can now do something positive (respond to the RFE) to speed things up.
Keeping my fingers crossed smile.gif

I tried to call when I got that e-mail and they knew nothing at all. They said that if I had not received anything after the 14 days to give them a call and they will resend it.

Good Luck!
