I just realised the DS-157 applies to ALL males, not just ones from certain countries! Has anyone here ever left a form out of a packet 3 filing and had any problems getting it included, so as to not delay the case? I'm going to email them asking if I can perhaps email, fax or post the form over to be added into my file.

Will they just reject it and send the whole thing back for me to try again?
