hi
My question is ,time for advanced parole to get, does it matter what part of the country you live and file it, or do they all go to same place for servicing? We were planning on going out of the country in July, is it impossible to get a/p back by mid July?
Another question , has anyone had there I-485 transferred to California . My wifes was transferred there last July, looking at California processing times, they do not even handle family based I485s
Is anyone in same situation in Cali,
Thanks

Makes no difference about what country the K-1 holder is from, the AP s processed by the same department, and can take up to 90 days to process. If it is taking longer than that then an Info-Pass may need to be scheduled to find out what is taking so long, and they may then issue it at the CIS office.
To get a time for AOS processing that information is listed on your local CIS field office page.
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp Look for your local field office.

Your best bet is to make an info pass at your local office, explain that you need it before 90 days and see if they can help you out.

There's an on-going thread for AOS filers whose cases have been transferred to CSC. Check my signature for the link. They have a running list and will give you an indication of timelines.
