My wife has her medical on the 15th of this month as she went to the doctor on the 29th of last month and they drew some blood and Xray and told her to come back on the 15th. What should I tell her to get from the Doctor that she would bring here for the Adjustment of status application (I-485), I am guessing that they send the medical report sealed to teh consulate or give it to her sealed to take to the consulate so how would she show on AOS that she had her medical recently?
Anyone with experience with K3 and AOS after please let me know

If she gets a copy of the DS-3052 and brings it here, does she attach that to her I-485 application or she takes that to civil surgeon and gets a I-693 issued?

Either. Both. Up to you.

In part it will depend on whether or not the DS-3025 is complete - all vaccinations marked as either given or waivable as medically inappropriate. Vaccinations do not need to be complete for a K visa, but they do need to be complete to adjuste status.

My husband got the DS-3025 in Brazil, and when he arrived we got the I-693A for him. He sent that with his AOS packet.
