How long does it take to get advanced parole? Would you get your EAD card before the AP is granted? How long can you stay outside the US on an AP while the adjustment of status is being processed?

Check the Immigration Timelines for advance(no 'd') parole.
There is no connection between the two.
One does not stay outside the country on advance parole. There is no limit for how long one can remain outside the country while the adjustment of status is pending, but one must use the advance parole before it expires.
