Hi,
I just noticed that besides paying the fee for the I-751 there is a $70 for Biometrics. Do they require Biometrics again? I paid and did the biometrics while appliying for the adjustment of status after the wedding. Do I need to pay and do it all over again? Don't they have my fingerprints and picture already?
Please your comments. I don't know if I have to pay and do this again. Thank YOU!!!

Hi again, sorry to post this again... I just found other post related and the truth hurts!!! $70 for two pics ....
I told my wife that I think the second Biometrics is to make sure that she is the same person that intially filed and was approved. I was joking with her, but it would not surprise me if this is the truth

But I see the point. Having biometrics taken again is part of fraude detection.
My GC expires Aug 31. I'm preparing the paperwork as we speak/write and plan to get it out of the door on June 1.
Compared to the K-1 stuff this is a piece of cake.
