I am K3 visa holder who arrived US 1 month ago.
If our response to question 16 is (a)(9),should we mail our EAD application to USINS P.O.Box 721.Chicago.IL 60680-7218?


As if the answer is YES,we mailed the EAD to USCIS P.O.Box 805887,Chicago,IL 60680-4120 together with the AOS ! Anyone know what will happen if we mailed to a wrong address? Thanks a lot

you filed for both EAD & AOS AND filed a(9)??

We filed EAD and AOS together and posted out by same envelop,filed (a)(9) for EAD. Did we made a huge mistake now?

OK,i just checked the GUIDE again,we should filed ©(9) if we filed AOS and EAD together.Seem like we posted to a right address,BUT filed a WRONG number to question 16. Anyone know if this is a problem? THANK YOU

Quite possibly. A kind case officer might correct your mistake and approve the application, one who is having a bad day might refuse the application on the basis of the incorrect basis for applying.
