Is OF-230 and DS-230 are same forms? if not, is it available in PDF format?

Does anyone have OF 169?

Thank you guys
YuAndDan
Yes OF-230 is the same as DS-230, "OF" is the old code for Dept State forms. As for OF-169, this form is the same as DS-169 or DS-2001 It is a checklist of things needed for the interview, (Police Cert, Birth Cert, Divorce Cert, Marriage Cert, ect...), it is a consulate specific form and since you did not fill in the details of your timeline or profile, I cannot point you to an exact version.

timeline.gif and fill in the details of your profile like foreign country. Your timeline: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=34184

DS-230: http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf

Example OF-169:

Your consulate for immigration purposes will be either Vancouver, or Montreal, the one in Calgary only does visitor types of visas.

The link to London DS-2001 will give you a good idea what will be needed and asked for on DS-169, Police cert, Birth cert, Divorce cert, Death cert, ect...

Don't get a police cert until you are closer to interview, they have a 1 year life.

Some useful info can be found here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/reciprocity/C...er/C/Canada.htm
