Just wondering how many poeple who applied to the VSC still haven't recieved their NOA2? It's been 126 days since my NOA1 and only a single touch.

It's been 140 DAYS AND NIGHTS for us as well and even no touch!!!!!!!

my NOA1 is from August 22nd and since then I had one touch on September 9th... that's it! nothing else until today! and I'm not the only one

my NOA1 is from December 15th has not been touched

mine took 5 months. you should all have a timeline in your signature and post your NO1 dates if you've applied for a CR-1 here

no luck yet...

I filed mine on 29th december with NOA1 on 3rd Jan 2007. However my case got transferred to CSC on 11th May 2007, so am hoping its quicker over there. Yes I am still waiting......

hi! new here. we filed ours sept 30, 2006 with VSC no touches after the receipt of the NOA1, until May 7, 2007, transferring our case to CSC. Surprisingly, another touch on 05.12.07 just to advice pending status of our I-130.

08/25/2006 VSC Received petition.
08/28/2006 NOA1
10/26/2006 Touched due to Wifes name wrong on petition.
03/26/2007 Attorney sent to USCIS via certified mail Petition for Alien Relative Status Inquiry.
04/10/2007 Contacted Senators office - still waiting.
Still waiting - NOA2

Filed 12/1/07 argh!

our NOA1 was dated Oct. 10, 2006. no touches until May 7, 2007 email transferring the file from VSC to CSC. May 12, 2007, another email saying the case is pending with CSC......
