My wife and I are in Los Angeles awaiting her aos and ead.We filed March 5th,2007. The website says they are processing cases filed on 1-27-07 currently.Any guess as to how long it might be? She really wants to work.Thanks.
typically between 80-100 days to receive the EAD.
between 75-90 days is most common wait-some wait longer, however. my EAD took 76 days (2.5 months). I have heard that USCIS does a 60 day sweep of files not yet approved. hopefully you might hear something by end of May into June! since they are currently processing early Feb. they will most likely be processing early March at the beginning of June-if all goes as normal. good luck.

Ahhh..do they do a 450+ day sweep...I'm fed up..USCIS is not repsonding to me OR my senator!
