I'm trying to figure out something here -- to wit, is CSC sitting on approved k-1 cases? I called the NVC on Monday and was told to call back in two weeks.
Fair enough -- that's the alloted time as printed on the NOA2. But I'm wondering if there's been a slowdown.
Anyone?

You know I'm not in the same boat as you, but I am completely convinced that they're 'sitting' for longer now on approved K1s at CSC.

our timelines are identical, and as of yesterday, the NVC had still not received my petition

it seems like it's averaging between 21 and 26 days, though I don't do all the crazy math like some of you guys on this page do, so shoot me if I'm wrong

Any one else sensing a delay? Anyone with happy news? Are VSCers getting through on a timely basis?

UPDATE: called the NVC again tonight, they said they just got our petition (YAY). I asked when it would be sent to the consulate and got the party line again ("two to four weeks").
I stupidly forgot to get our NVC number! grr!
Anyway, just trying to establish a benchmark for recent CSC approvals.

It should not take them that long to send you to the consulate. K1s normally only stay at the NVC a few days.
I'd call back on Tuesday or Weds - to get new your case number AND see if its been sent to London yet.
