Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can give me some advice. Does anyone know how I change my address with the Montreal Consulate. I should be getting my interview soon but need the interview letter to go to my new address. thanks Lana

You can call them or email them. My wife called and it wasn't a problem to change her addy. In fact, I thinkI did it for her without any questions. If you email, make sure you put your case nu,ber in the subject line.

Yep, a phone call or e-mail is all it takes! They didn't give me any trouble when I called to change my address right after our paperwork got to MTL from the NVC.

The consulate sent my packet 3 without my apt number on it, I guess I should change that. Um, what do you guys think is safest? Calling or emailing? If emailing, is there an email addy posted somewhere?

OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! still didn't answer which is less likely to piss them off, emailing or phoning,
Not with it tonight, getting ready to head down and I'm trying to make sure I have everything, that hopefully they won't ask for when I cross

It's been stated in another thread that right now Montreal has a new automated message that asks you to e-mail and to only stay on the line to speak to someone if it is an emergency.
So try e-mailing first. If you don't get a response within a week, give them a call
