Hi Shahid, count me on your boat, we are the only unfortunate guys who has nothing to do but wait, I have called dozzens of time the customer service, they absolutely don't help except giving you the information that you can get through either phone or website. Those people who tells other to call customer service, most of them didn't even experience the result of USCIS customer service. Those of you who give suggestion to call USCIS cutomer service please note: "Customer Service People can not give you more information that you can see on the website by your self. You only need them if you do not have a pc or receipt no to check your file. They Can not locate your file , they can only see the database having information about your file...not exactly like they can pull out your file and see what is done and what is to be done...... calling them is wasting of time... I have communicated with the senators of NJ and the office took my wifes info and then completely remained silent.... I guess both of us are the victim of the USCIS officer who is not working for some reason (pregnant/vacation/...something gotta be wrong with him/her.....or who ever is in charge kept our file at the bottom of their own files...so that they can only work on them after they finished with all other ) Any way I wrote a lot, my time line is on my signature tab to share with you, in case you don't see it let me write it here:
I-130: sent 09/06/06, NOA1 (EAC-06-252-50***)received on 09/13/06 showing receipt date 09/08/06(But webstatus says 09/11/06),updated on 01/19/07 and 03/29/07 and since then nothing...
I-129F: sent 02/20/07,NOA1(MSC-07-151-24***)received on 03/06/07 showing receipt date 03/02/07,Transfered to VSC on 03/15/07, Last updated on 03/28/07 showing pending, since then nothing.... please let me know if you have any update

I am also in a same situation as you guys I filed my I-130 09/27/06 and my I-129F in 10/22/06 But they haven’t approved my case yet. For me I had to send in RFE and I did that in 04/05/07 since then they haven’t done anything yet... May be the same person handling our cases....I don’t know what to do next...
