This was the most unexpected message today. I am so used to logging into USCIS and seing the usual -received and pending!

My husband phoned the INS on friday because we were 'officially' over the processing time. On Monday he went to the senator's offices and they were following up on the matter.

This morning an approval notice for our K3 and I130!!!

Thanx to whoever made this happen! I am still thunderstruck. ( I am just going to check agian to see if it is really real

)

Phoned my hubby even though it is 2 in the morning in the US. We are just so glad that our approvals finally came through so we can get through the rest of the visa process.
