Got my I-129F NOA1 today..finally..It says my case is at the National Benefits Center..What's that mean?

It means exactly what it says. K3 petitions are often processed at the National Benefits Center, aka the Missouri Service Center. Your case number should begin with the letters MSC.

NBC. Most likely it will get transferred to one of the service center's (CSC,VSC etc)

It means that your petition has been received by the USCIS facility that you sent it to.

It means, you have to wait a couple of weeks (2-3 weeks) before your case if officially in the hands of the adjudicating service center.
