I have read quite a few posts here and have seen the time lines for the I-130 and they say the date they sent it and the date the NOA1 was and for Vermont is 3 days how long for them to send the notice to you. I have no receit number and it has been there for 11 days total. I sent fee with postal money order so I wont get a cancelled check and I havent gotten a receit letter yet. The packet was sent certified mail and have gotten that receit so I know they have it.

It took a month to get mine from VSC

you can call 30 days after it is received by the VSC .. but more than likely you won't have to ..
