Our CR1 was approved a few hours before the K3.
My question is this: Which petition will be forwarded to NVC and eventually to the Embassy? K3 or CR1?

K3, your I-129f will be forwarded to NVC while your I-130 is retained.
Are you asking this question all over the place? 
I though one reason for this forum was for education. I ask questions to educate myself.
Furthermore, I posted in k3 and CR1 forums because: a) I filed two petitions so I think I’m allowed to participate in both K3 and CR/IR boards.
What I asked is legitimate question. I am sure they are MANY people out there who are also curious about this question.
