Can anyone pls pls pls help me??I'm just doin my assignment now, Do u guys think i need a waiver???I was denied entry under INA sec. 212(a)(7)(A)(i), went to US for the 2nd time was sent to 2ndary inspection coz i stayed for 5 mos on my first visit. My dilemma started when they asked about the address I wrote on my I94 I denied that it was my BF's, they found out eventually and I was sent back home using my return ticket. Was allowed to withdraw my application for admission. My status now is, got my NO2 approval for K1 last march now i'm just waitin for my interview this June, i'm so confused when I came across with DS 156 #38 specifically the question "Have u ever violated the terms of US visa" I'm at my wits end!!And do guys think I needed a waiver crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif

Yes. I think you will. I think you did. Why did it matter if you were at your boyfriends house? What was the purpose of not telling the truth?

Again, it appears you were simply denied entry. A waiver is not necessary for this.

If they gave you a piece of paper with a code on it, you can search for that code online and try to determine if you need a waiver. You can do an email consult with an immigration attorney - they don't have to be located in the Phil. since you are dealing with US immigration. Your US fiance can get all the information from you and contact an attorney in the US to ask this question. But until you understand exactly what happened at the point of entry, no one can give you a definite answer.
