I was just checking the processing times for CSC and the time for the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative for Permanent Resident Status is JANUARY 01 2005.....??? Could that be a typo? Am I reading it right?

That sounds about right, I'm afraid...! Remember, though, that this is their 'CYA' (cover your a$$) timeline, and likely doesn't reflect the time that most folks are waiting.

California IS evil, but yeah - their estimations are way off. Don't let it worry you TOO much. Also - Kath - love the map! Too fun!

Don't worry about that timeline. They go by a case that has yet to be approved. In the meantime, others are way past that date.

Yes Kath, I was looking at the wrong column; J is a US Citizen I thought that was speaking of me going for permanant resident status.... doh!
