I was looking at the ds-156 form (for my wife, Mumbai embassy). I had few questions about this form, if anyone can comment on them, that will be great :0

**ds-156 form

1). in question 9, it asks for other first and middle name used..
should my wife put whole maiden name( her first name, father name, last name )
or just the father's name?

2). question 26, how long do you intend to stay in US?
should I just put "forver" ? or other sugge. ?
do I need to explain about AOS and stuff here.?

3). question 25, purpose of the trip,
she can just put to reunite with my husband.?

4). qeustion 32,33, do u intend to work and go 2 college,
I wanna put "YES", but I dont know which college she will be going into
can I just put "not known at this time" ?

1) How did you answer the similar question on the I-129f petition? It's good to be consistent, but if you omitted something previously this would be a good time to correct the oversight.
2) Forever is a long time, longer than most people live. I prefer 'indefinitely'. Somehow I think that consular officers know the implications of the K1 visas that they issue.
