I filed a CR-1 for my wife and she arrived in the US last month. She received her SSN in the mail last week. When will she receive her green card ?
Should be any time now, it can take a few weeks to a month or so for them to process.

If you mean the actual plastic card, as YuAndDan stated.
If the STATUS, she already has a conditional GC (the CR-1).
