What is partial dependence?
I have two kids and even though my ex-husband doesnt support them in any manner, we have joint custody of my kids. They live with me and I am the one who meet all their needs.
Should i mark them as partially dependent or fully dependent? what effect they have on count of my household members?

also can i add my husbands(or his parents) property in pakistan in affidevit of support?

Basing from this, they are wholly dependent to you. The affidavit is monetary in nature, so "dependence" here refers to financial dependency.

Did you clainm them as dependents on your tax returns? did anyone else claim them? If you are the only one hwo claimed them then they are wholly dependent on you.
