Hi everyone, anybody here who filed at Nebraska for K1 this April? might be good if together we can track our own visa process to keep each one of us updated.....thanks

You'll want to consider yourself a California Service Center filer since Nebraska only forwards K1 petitions now... whistling.gif

Because your petition is not there (in Nebraska) - all K1 petitions are transferred to CSC upon receipt. (They - and Texas, no longer process I-129F petitions.) Welcome to USCIS whistling.gif

Yep mine was sent to CSC also,you can get the tracking number from your Fiancee if you are the foreign fiancee I dont know which of both you are...

@skyblue06 : Here is the site you can check your Status of your Petition: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/caseStatusSearchDisplay.do

I saw that you guys dont have your NOA1 yet,but the tracking number should be on the back of the check that was already cashed from you guys.
It usually starts with WAC

We also filed at Nebraska this April. My fiance lives in Michigan but I am not sure if he uses internet banking so he may not be able to find the case number.

The WAC# was written on the back of the stamp check that he sent with the packet....the service center sent back to my petitioner online.....just try to ask him for sure...

Wow, extreme newbie here, didn't know about Nebraska not processing I-129Fs blink.gif good grief! Good to know.

I mailed my packet in April 18th.

Thats good news, now we are all waiting for our NOA2 whistling.gif ....we should keep this thread updated for us that filed at Nebraska and on K1 ....Goodluck to us all....

Latly there has been a little bit of delay and people have not been getting their NOA1īs that fast,but you will be fine.

Yep waiting on my NOA2 also,I am hoping I will have it in July that would be great smile.gif
