Does anyone know how long it's taking to get your EAD after you file it with your AOS?
I read that it's about 3 months.

Oh my hubby is not gonna like that one bit! Yikes!
If he's coming on a K-3 he can filed for I-765 before he files AOS, if that helps any.
waiting is not fun. but trust me..count your blessings if you only have to wait 90 days

OMG he can! I thought you could only file for the EAD in conjunction with a AOS????

with a K3 - you have the option to file EAD prior to AOS.
Well Gosh lol. I mean we will file AOS it's just that we are waiting for his family in Mexico to mail us his immunization records for the medical. Even a week jump start will help lol.
