My husband is filing his EAD. We got stuck on the question of whether or not he has "applied for employment authorization from USCIS"? He used to have a H1B1. If we click yes, what do we put as the USCIS office if we filed for it at the consulate abroad?

Never mind.. I found the answer by reading the I-129 form... He (well, his employer) never had to file a petition so the answer is no.
